Tomorrow we are on Assembly schedule. Monday is a Late-Start day. Today we are going to continue the -ar verb packet and create -ar verb handprints. 

Tomorrow is a grammar quiz on -ar verbs (multiple choice). You will need to know how to conjugate -ar verbs. You will need to know how to identify the INFINITIVE, the ENDING, and the STEM. You will also need to be able to respond to the question "¿Cuántos años tienes tú?" in a full Spanish sentence answer. OR THIS LINK

10-7-14 - Substitute Day 2

Students need to put their name on a paper and then write 10 sentences (1 sentence every 5 minutes) in SPANISH describing a character from the Goonies movie (either physical description or personality description).  They can watch the movie in English with SPANISH subtitles but they need to write in Spanish and turn in all 10 sentences at the end of the period.

10-6-14 - Substitute Day

Test 1.2 on Friday.  Complete packet pp. 18-20.  Then study vocabulary, p. 2.

Computer Students:  (in hallway) Create Drawings and Practice for Video (practice speaking and practice putting down drawings)- Can cut out drawings at home or at school.

Students are to read pages 54-57.  They also need to read #15 on Page 68, and the entire page 74.  When they are done they can do work from other classes.  The information from p. 68 and 74 will be on Monday's RULES TEST.

Remember that the "Spanish High" is a natural high of endorphins.  Drug and alcohol highs are not the kind of risks one should take.  The "Spanish High" is just like being high on running, swimming, eating ice cream and smiling.
